Dr. Madhu K is a Pulmonologist from Trivandrum, addressing problems related to the lungs and respiratory system. He offers expertise in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, Allergy, Sleep and Breathing linked disorders.

Dr. Madhu's educational qualifications are MBBS, DNB (Respiratory Medicine), FCCP and MNAMS. He has amassed immense knowledge in his field through different training programs encompassing distinct areas in Pulmonology. Initially, Dr. Madhu underwent training in Allergy and Applied Immunology conducted by the Department of Medicine, Trivandrum Medical College, Trivandrum. Subsequently, his strong academic interests made him undertake a journey to Mumbai, to undergo advanced training in Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine and Bronchoscopy at the Department of Chest Diseases, Seth G S Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai. But Dr. Madhu’s quest for knowledge did not terminate here. He added profundity to his knowledge with training in Tuberculosis from Tuberculosis Institute, Bengaluru and training in Critical Care skills acquired from Critical Care Foundation and Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine.

Presently, Dr. Madhu K is a Senior Consultant and Director Critical Care at Cosmopolitan Hospitals Pvt. Ltd, where he heads the Department of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. He utilizes his broad experience and knowledge towards extending support and therapeutic procedures to patients suffering from conditions and abnormalities of the lungs and respiratory tract.
